What Is Relevantz Connect
April 20th 2023 was the day we celebrated 25 years of engineering and trust at ‘Relevantz Connect 2023’. We invited our customers to celebrate with us at The Westin Peachtree Plaza, Atlanta with lunch at the Savannah Ballroom on the 9th floor, and dinner with cocktails at the Sun Dial Restaurant on the 72nd floor. We were honoured to have with us our customers from varied sectors right from the health industry to the finance industry.
Customers have always been the pillars of Relevantz and staying relevant to both our customers and employees for 25 years has helped us win their trust. We deliver relevant software solutions and development skills for leading enterprises and ISVs in the finance, healthcare, insurance, media, telecom, retail, and technology sectors. This event was one to appreciate all who were a part of this journey with us.
A Glimpse Into Relevantz Connect 2023
Sara Ross, the Founder and Chief Vitality Officer of BrainAMPED, spoke on “Helping People and Organisations Build Their Pressure Tolerance” at the keynote session. The session focused primarily on the emotional intelligence and leadership qualities that can assist leaders in leading by example to bring about the necessary transformation in workplace relationships.
Sudhir Rajagopal, IDC’s Research Director for the Future of Customer Experience program, presented his thoughts on “Industry Trends in Customer Experience and Digital Transformation” during this session. He also discussed many customer experience difficulties that enterprises encounter and how these challenges can be managed to improve customer trust and overall revenue.
