Situation

A leading provider of management software for unions and JATCs needed to modernize its remote access infrastructure to support growth, enhance security, and reduce operational costs. However, the organization lacked the internal bandwidth to execute the project within the required timeframe.

Resolution

The company partnered with Relevantz to streamline and optimize its transition to AWS. In addition to minimizing disruption to business operations, we took the following key actions:  

  • Migrated to AWS EC2 and RDS, modernizing infrastructure to enhance scalability 
  • Implemented AWS Managed Microsoft AD, WAF, AWS Inspector, and GuardDuty to strengthen security 
  • Replaced on-premises firewall with AWS Firewall, optimizing resource allocation for better cost efficiency 
  • Automated key processes, reducing infrastructure expenses and streamlining operations
