I hereby give permission to Relevantz to use, reproduce, and distribute the voice and/or video recordings, including my name and submitted photo(s). I hereby agree to release Relevantz from any claims, damages or liability arising out of such use or distribution. I understand that the use of my name, likeness, and voice or video recordings will be primarily for the purposes of commercial use, education and/or promotion by this organization. I have read and understand the foregoing and I consent to the use of my picture, video and/or voice as specified for the above-described purpose(s). I further understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation of any character shall become payable to me. It is understood that the podcast recording (voice and/or video) and the published podcast episode are the intellectual property of Relevantz. Guests will have access to the podcast episode once it is published through our podcast channels. Guests or their representatives will not have access to the original recordings of the podcast. Guest may share links to the published podcast. Any other attempted use will be viewed as an intellectual property rights violation.
